Voiceover - Previously on... Survivor!
Voiceover - The tribes merged!
Bob - "Congratulations! You have merged!"
Bob left the note on the table and was celebrating merge with his new tribes mates. Everyone were now grabbing the yellow buffs.
Voiceover - And it was still the battle of ages...
We could see the Gorgora four, then the Chencha six.
Voiceover - With a hidden immunity idol thrown in the mix!
Bob - "In addition, there is a twist."
Everyone turns around quietly, listening to the twist.
Bob - "Hidden, at your camp, will be a hidden immunity idol."
We could see people searching for that idol at camp, like Colby, and Morgan.
Confessional Morgan - Ideally, I would find it, just to be safe.
Voiceover - Gorgora faced Chencha four to six in numbers, but Bob thought he had a deal with Alina and Erinn.
I was thinking : Me, you, Erinn, Cass, Artis, and Tina join up for a nice six-way alliance.
Alina - Yeah!
Confessional Alina - I'm thinking to myself, why the fuck would we think that sounds appealing?
Voiceover - But they weren't interested. As soon as Artis won immunity...
Bob tips his bucket, and only Artis remains.
Jeff Probst - Artis wins immunity!
Voiceover - They sealed Bob's fate, leaving Gorgora, down to three.
Jeff Probst - And the tenth person voted out of Survivor : Ethiopia... Bob!
We could see his torch get snuffed.
Voiceover - Nine are left... who will be voted out... tonight!?
HOSSANA, NIGHT 21
It was night, and the nine remaining castaways were coming back with their torches. Morgan just left her torch against a wet tree. The rain was over already.Confessional Morgan - 
I was SO happy to see Bob go. Like I said, he was my toughest competitor in this game, so it was great that he left. Also, it showed that our original six Chencha is still #ChenchaStrong and we were able to stick together as a cohesive unit and get the job done. I was honestly surprised that they went for Shirin and not someone like me, but I guess they were playing it safe in case someone found the hidden immunity idol. They probably thought that nobody would use it on Shirin. Or maybe they thought they could flip a few of us to vote for her, who knows...

Well....Bob is gone. Not really surprised. I'm not sure why he thought Alina and Erinn would ever vote with us. I mean, I've never even spoken strategy with them before. Bob was a really nice guy, and I definitely enjoyed working with him. But at times it was difficult to have a conversation with him. And I hated feeling on the outside of him and Artis when we were on Gogora. Oddly, even though I am in the minority, I feel like I am in a MUCH better position.
Well....Bob is gone. Not really surprised. I'm not sure why he thought Alina and Erinn would ever vote with us. I mean, I've never even spoken strategy with them before. Bob was a really nice guy, and I definitely enjoyed working with him. But at times it was difficult to have a conversation with him. Three zebras were watching their surroundings, and a fourth one just dipped its head in the water. Tina and Cassandra were both sitting next to the fire, and Artis would just walk by.Artis - I hate to say this, but... we should have kept Kenny.
Cassandra and Tina looked at each other as he left the place.
Tina - Is he for real right now?
Cassandra - Oh my god, I can't believe it.
Tina - All I can think is we should have taken Morgan's deal and voted Artis, and seen what happens.
Cassandra - Right?!
Tina - But I really like Alina and Erinn... hopefully they are the key to our survival.
Cassandra - Hopefully, although honestly I still feel closest to Morgan and Brendan, but if we have different "people" from Chencha, maybe that's a good thing.
Tina - True, they did actually keep us to get rid of the Gorgora they didn't know.
Cassandra - I feel like there's a good chance Artis would go before us too.
Tina - I agree.
Cassandra - And so if that happens, then after that, you and I can really come up with some sort of plan, because obviously the six of them can't be together forever. Also, honestly, if we kept Kenny, why would he risk rocks for us? He would have probably gone back to them and it would have been six to four.
Tina - Yeah for real.

My strategy has just been to be friendly, easy-going and not take things too seriously. I really think it's a big part of the game to really get to know everyone and just be genuine on a personal level. For a while it seemed like I was just kind of chatting and not playing, but I really think now is when all of that is going to pay off. They might vote off Artis next, but after that, there's a chance that these people will use their bond to me to make a move in this game. I mean, the six Chencha people can't all make the finales together; there has to be cracks in there somewhere.

Cassandra started examinating her shoes.

Morgan - Exactly. You didn't come on Survivor prepared, girl.
Morgan then looked at Tina.

I absolutely love Erinn. She is so sweet and easy to talk to. I know I'll most likely be on the jury in this game and my personal relationships with people will be HUGE in determining my jury vote. I don't know how Colby, Shirin and Alina fail to realize that. I really feel like the three of them have made no effort to talk to me or get to know me at all.

CHALLENGE FIELD
We could see the challenge settlement : It was in a clear area of the savanna : There was a series of nine voodoo dolls, tagged with the name of a castaway they would represent. They were suspended over a fire. It seemed like a rope would keep it from being burned, and that rope was split in three sections. Nearby, Jeff was waiting on the castaways to come.Jeff Probst - Come on in guys!
The merged tribe were entering the challenge field, and they stepped on their mat.
Jeff Probst - You guys are ready to get to today's reward challenge?
Everyone - Yeah!
Jeff Probst - Here’s how it’s gonna work… You’re gonna answer a series of questions about your tribe mates. I’ll then tally the results. For the challenge, your job is to guess what the group said as a whole.
Some people were nodding.
Jeff Probst – To each question, that may differ from what you said individually. Each time you get one right, you get to chop another tribe member’s rope.
We could see an axe chopping through a rope.
Jeff Probst – After three chops, your very lifelike survivor doll will fall into the fire, and your chances in this challenge will go up in smoke.
We could see the doll going into the fire and burn.
Jeff Probst – Last person standing wins reward! Wanna know what you playin’ for?
Everyone – Yeah!
Jeff Probst - The winner of this challenge will be taken to an Ethiopian hotel, where you will get a meal, a shower, a bed, and much more luxury!
Everyone - Ooooh!
Jeff Probst – Alright, I’ll give you a few minutes to answer the questions, we’ll get started!
We could see Cassandra's voodoo doll, followed by the fire, and everyone were now ready.
Jeff Probst - Alright! Everyone have answered the questions in private! You are now going to guess what majority said. Question number one : Who would most likely be president of America?
We could see everyone giving answers all over the place.
Jeff Probst - Correct answer is... Artis! Brendan and Colby got it right!
Morgan - Is it because he's black like Obama?
Alina - Yup.
Jeff Probst - Brendan, you're up first!
Brendan grabbed the axe, and we could see Tina and Cassandra forcing their teeth, worried about their doll. Brendan chopped his own rope.
Jeff Probst - Brendan hits himself!
And we could see Colby do the same.
Jeff Probst - And so does Colby! This brings both of them down to two ropes!
Jeff Probst - Next question : Who is the ultimate floater?
We could see everyone flip the pages on their pad.

Jeff Probst - Correct answer is... Shirin! Only Brendan and Colby got it right again!
Brendan grabbed the axe, and chopped his rope again. So did Colby.
Jeff Probst - Both guys are down to one rope now!

We could see everyone flips pages on their pad.

Alina grabs the axe.
Alina - Sorry bud.
She chops Artis. Right after her, Brendan and Colby both chop themselves out. We could see their doll get burned.
Jeff Probst - Brendan and Colby are both out of this challenge! Erinn, your turn!
Erinn grabs the axe, and she walks towards Artis' ropes.
Erinn - Love ya buddy!
She takes a swing and chops his rope. Erinn hands the axe to Morgan, who swang at him too.
Morgan - I'll finish off Artis!
She chops his rope, which triggers his voodoo doll to get burned.
Jeff Probst - Artis is out of this challenge! We have one more person that needs to chop a rope : Tina!
Tina walked to the axe, grabbed it, and looked at her options.
Tina - I'll chop...
She stopped at Shirin's.
Tina - Shirin.
She chopped her rope.
Jeff Probst - Shirin takes one hit, and we are down to six!
Jeff Probst - Next question : Who has got the win in the bag?
All six remaining competitors were looking through their pad for their answer.
Jeff Probst - Reveal.

Alina grabbed the axe.

She swinged the axe and chopped the rope.

Then came Morgan's turn, and she does the same. Tina looks annoyed.
Jeff Probst - And Tina is down to one rope, but she also gets to chop a rope!
Tina grabs the axe, and without hesitation, she chopped Morgan's rope.
Morgan - I kinda expected that, wrinkle bitch.
Jeff Probst - Nobody is out, we continue.

Cassandra - This one is meannn.
Cassandra was flipping through her pad for her answer.
Jeff Probst - Reveal.

Tina walked over to Morgan's ropes, and she chopped one. She blew a kiss at her.

Tina was looking at her pad for what name to come up with.

Morgan grabbed the axe, and finished off Tina. With her last rope being cut, her doll flied into the fire, getting burned to ashes.

We could see them look through their answers on their pad.

She grabbed the axe and walked over to Morgan.

Everyone start laughing at the question while looking through their pad for their answer.

They are such good challenges at showing where people's loyalties lie. Like for example, Shirin chopped me before Alina thus showing that Shirin is closer to Alina. This is definitely something I'm keeping in mind. Shirin is definitely a wildcard. I don't know if I'll be able to trust her in the future, but I'm definitely watching her to make sure she doesn't stab me in the back.

Well that reward challenge was the most depressing thing I've ever seen. Apparently I'm annoying next due to go and all sorts of shit according to Alina. I didn't appreciate Erinn pretending she had such a hard decision to bring Morgan after she picked Alina... seriously who here thinks you're going to choose someone else? No one. Predictable basic bitches. They think im annoying? I don't have to talk to any of those whores anymore.

I was glad Erinn picked me and Morgan, I wanted them to go with me too. Some of it felt like a cover up to hide true intentions but I was going to do the same thing obviously. Morgan, Erinn, and I had fun and bonded and that's what I really wanted.

After their swimming, they were now eating fish on barbecue, served by an ethiopian waitress. Erinn was the first one to take a bite.

When Morgan see the fish on her plate, she looked disgusted.

Only Alina and Erinn were eating their meal. Morgan decided to stand up and give her meal back to the waitresses because she wouldn't eat it. At the same time, we could see a clue to the hidden immunity idol that was placed in Morgan's meal, but she doesn't see it. It is now gone. She returns to her seat, where Erinn would stare at everywhere on the table, like she would look for something.

Finally, they were getting into their king size bed.

During the reward challenge, a majority of people said that I will be going out if I don't win the next immunity. I sort of already knew this, but it hurts to have the truth validated. I'm just going kick back and enjoy my remaining days in Ethiopia, because there is no one from the Chencha side of the tribe that I care about nor do I want to speak to.

Cassandra - Just go on your damn reward. *chuckles*

The tribe were listening and smiling back at them, but not really adding a word.
CHALLENGE FIELD
We could see the challenge settlement : There was a long table with covered meals on it. Nearby, Jeff was waiting on the tribe to come.Jeff Probst - Come on in guys!
We could see the merged tribe arrived and step on their mat. Artis had the immunity necklace, and Jeff was taking it back from him.
Jeff Probst - Immunity... is back up for grabs!
Jeff put the immunity on its original spot.
Jeff Probst - For today's challenge, it will be a survivor classic! This is a food eating competition, which you will race to get down local delicacies.
We could see the covered meals, but not what they were.
Jeff Probst - In the first three round, three different people will face each other, and the winner will move on to the final round, where three people will fight for immunity. Makes sense?
Everyone - Yeah.
Jeff Probst - We'll draw for matches, and we'll get started!
Clouds moved at a faster pace in sign of time passing, and the first match were around the table. They were Brendan, Cassandra, and Tina.
Jeff Probst - First round will be Brendan, Cassandra, and Tina. This is what you're eating...

Brendan turned around, not wanting to eat this, leaving this between Tina and Cassandra. Tina was taking larger bites, while Cassandra was taking very small bites at it. Both swallowed their first few bites, and they continued...
... until Tina's plate is empty and she shows her tongue to Jeff. Cassandra was far from being finished.
Jeff Probst - Tina is moving on! Cassandra and Brendan are out of this challenge.
They walked back to the side line so the next three could go up. They were Alina, Artis, and Shirin.
Jeff Probst - This is what you'll be eating for this round...

We could see people getting grossed out, especially Artis and Alina. Shirin was still smiling and staring at that larvae.

They hurried to put that thing in their mouth. Artis closed his eyes and chewed at it as much as he could, just like Shirin. Alina was finally done staring at it, and finall took a bite at its head. She spat it right away and turned around to throw up. It was a race between Artis and Shirin, who were almost done...
And Shirin showed her tongue to Jeff.

They all were unsure if they wanted to look or not, as Jeff took away the cover. It was a soup of larvaes.

Everyone showed their tongues inside of disgust.

Morgan took a breath and put her hands around the bowl.

Erinn closed her eyes not looking at these things.

Erinn reopened her eyes, looked at her meal one more time, and decided not to eat it.

It was Colby and Morgan who were racing to eat these larvaes. Colby just ate one. Morgan just ate one, she put another one in her mouth. Colby was chewing on his one. Morgan just swallowed again, and she just put her third and last one in her mouth, chewing it as fast as she could. Colby spat a part back in his bowl, then swallowed the rest. Morgan just finished what's in her mouth, and she was now drinking from the bowl.
She finished drinking the liquid, and she showed her tongue to Jeff.

Morgan - Our match was by far the hardest.

They all started drinking the cow blood, swallowing it like it was water. Shirin just stopped drinking to recover from her disgust, Morgan continued drinking, Tina just spat a bit of her cow blood back in the bowl, then continued drinking. It continued like this for a while...

We could see Morgan put her bag on her shoulders as they were on their way out.

I HATED IT! I feel like they purposely gave me the nastiest food to eat in round one. And then in round two I was not thrilled about the idea of drinking cow blood, and Shirin easily beat me. I was happy for Shirin! She deserves it. She fought like hell for it. Of course, I wish that I could have won, but at least Tina didn't win it.

Never in a million years did I think Shirin would care enough to go the distance, like what the fuck? It makes me happy that people won't fuck with her but I was TOTALLY planning on using her as my patsy and now I'm a little concerned she'll emerge as something bigger and no one wants that, that'd be weird. The options are the reds: Artis, Cass and Tina, and I think it will be straight forward. We COULD split, but maybe not a good idea. Tina would be better to keep around for entertainment purpose. I think everyone else will also rally around the idea of Artis, I think we'd be stupid not to all vote together again and I think the order of the 3 doesn't matter too much. After Chencha were done with their vote talking session, Artis pulled Erinn aside.
Artis - I'm glad we got to know each other. You were nice even though you didn't have to be.
Erinn - There is no reason to be mean to anyone in this game even if you're on opposite sides. If we had ended up on the same side, I can bet we would have turned out to be pretty good friends.
Artis - Yeah, same. Either way, I'll remember that if you make it to the end.
Erinn - Artis, you're the best. Honestly, your chances at staying aren't looking too hot. I mean obviously you could've guessed that, but it's pretty much between you or Tina. I'm not gonna try to lie to you about it.

Artis walked away already, and we could see him searching for hidden immunity idol. He would be looking under rocks, in the grass, in the branches... Cassandra was looking at him doing that, and Tina just came to her.

Cassandra was walking in one straight line with the rest of her tribe, torch in hand, ready to go to tribal council as she would confess this.
TRIBAL COUNCIL
The clouds moved at fast pace to leave place to the dark sky and the moon, standing above the constructed ethiopian village used as tribal council. All nine remaining players were walking in one straight line in direction of that tribal council, with torches in hand. They entered one at a time, Erinn first, followed by Morgan. Jeff was watching Brendan, Shirin, and Colby put their torch on a hold, and they took a seat.Jeff Probst - Cassandra, last tribal council, it seemed like the vote came down to tribal lines, and Bob was voted out. Do you feel like it's more of a loss or more of a gain for your game?
Cassandra - I'd like to hope it was more of a gain, but I can't see how at this point. Bob and I voted together and so now, I have one less person who would possibly vote with me, so that kind of sucks and stuff. *chuckles*
Jeff Probst - So where do you think you stand now?
Cassandra - In the minority? *laughs*

Erinn - Well, that's pretty easy to answer. I chose Alina to come with me because she essentially helped me win. I wouldn't have won if it wasn't for her giving up her own chance at winning so I had to repay her. As for Morgan, well, beautiful women gotta keep up their images you know. I wanted to hang with the young girls on reward!
Jeff Probst - Tina, how did it feel to see them walk away with the reward?
Tina - I mean, it was depressing watching the whole challenge go down knowing neither myself, Artis, or Cassandra stood a chance at going on the reward and most likely getting a clue to the hidden immunity idol. Depressed is the nicest way to put it.
Jeff Probst - Alina, one of you will be going home tonight, how do you make sure that isn't you?
Alina - Either win immunity, or establish Trust. I trust the people that I'm working with and hope that they'd feel the same way. And immunity is a given.
Jeff Probst - Colby, how do you know when it's your time to go?
Colby - If people don't talk to you or look you in the eye. Sometimes, you can't know and that's how blindsides happen. It depends.
Jeff Probst - Morgan, tonight, we are starting to form the jury. Have you started thinking about jury?
Morgan - Yeah, I'm definitely thinking about the jury and who I'm putting on it. I have to be careful not to be too mean to them before they leave. It's a lot harder than you think, though.

Jeff Probst - Alina, how do you leave a good mark on the jury?
Alina - I feel that the best way to make a good mark on the jury is to spend time and get to know them, whether or not you plan on working with someone or not I think showing respect as a person and a player is important. We've all made it this far and I think that we all deserve respect for it.
Jeff Probst - Shirin, you have individual immunity, as always, you can give it up to somebody else if you choose to, otherwise it is yours and you are SAFE.
Shirin - I'm keeping it.
Jeff Probst - Alright, cannot vote for Shirin. Everybody else is fair game. It is time to vote... Morgan, you're up!
Morgan stood up, and walked to the voting podium, followed by Artis and Alina. Tina just finished writing her vote, she bent the paper and placed it in the urn, just like Brendan did. Cassandra and Shirin then came at the voting podium one after the other, followed by Erinn who just put her vote in the urn. Finally, Colby placed his vote in the urn, and returned to his seat. Jeff looked at him sitting.
Jeff Probst - I'll tally the votes...
While Jeff was gone tallying the votes, we could see Artis, Brendan, and Tina, back to back. Jeff finally arrived with the urn.
If anybody wants to play the hidden immunity idol, now would be the time to do so....

Once the votes are read, decision is final. Person voted out will be asked to leave tribal council immediately... I'll read the votes...

Being on Survivor : Ethiopia was an amazing adventure, even if we lost all the time. I wish the best for Tina and Cassandra, and hope someone shuts Morgan up. I'd do it all over again! I don't know what the alliances are, but Erinn/Alina/Morgan seem to be a tight group so I would expect them to be in the final three together.
